Je ne vois d'autre explication que le fait que cela semble être une excuse pour poursuivre le dessein qui nous avait été livré avec le projet de loi C-68, en l'occurence harceler purement et simplement nos compatriotes honnêtes et respectueux de la loi.
I can't see any other explanation other than that it seems to be an excuse for continuing the same agenda as we had on Bill C-68, and that's simply harassing honest, law-abiding citizens.
