À la suite d'un examen approfondi des quatre demandes, la commission EMPL a reconnu que ces deux demandes répondaient aux critères fixés dans le règlement (CE) n° 1927/2006, et s'est par conséquent déclarée en faveur de la mobilisation du FEM pour les demandes présentées par l'Italie: EGF/2007/005 IT/Sardaigne, EGF/2007/006 IT/Piémont, EGF/2007/007 IT/Lombardie et EGF/2008/001 IT/Toscane.
Following this thorough examination of the four applications, the EMPL Committee acknowledges that both requests fulfil the criteria laid out in the Regulation (EC) No 1927/2006 and, therefore, is in favour of mobilising the EGF for the cases submitted by Italy: EGF/2007/005 IT/Sardegna, EGF/2007/006 IT/Piemonte, EGF/2007/007 IT/Lombardia, and EGF/2008/001 IT/Toscana.
