What this means is the interoperability of hard assets, which is infrastructure; connectedness, which is making sure that everything works together; funding of joint projects, such as we've seen at ports; cross-border harmonization, which is also something we're active on here in Canada; information technology and systems that can talk to one another to get information; and work practices and safety.
