Dans ce contexte, le Conseil, dans les conclusions de ses séances des 1 et 2 décembre 2008 sur une planification conjointe de la recherche en Europe, a souligné, en réponse aux changements sociaux significatifs, le rôle important du programme-cadre communautaire pour la recherche et le développement technologique et de ses instruments connexes, tel qu’ERA-NET, ERA-NET+ et les initiatives pertinentes en application de l’article 169 du traité CE, dans la mobilisation des ressources scientifiques et financières des États membres afin de mettre en œuvre des initiatives d’intérêt commun dans le domaine de la recherche et du développement.
In this context the Council, in the conclusions from its sittings on 1 and 2 December 2008 on joint research planning in Europe, emphasised in response to significant social changes the important role of the Community’s framework programme for research and technological development and related instruments, such as ERA-NET, ERA-NET+ and relevant initiatives pursuant to Article 169 of the EC Treaty, in the mobilisation of scientific and financial resources of the Member States in order to implement initiatives of common interest in the area of research and development.
