Elle permet en effet de promouvoir un marché plus vaste et aux capacités renforcées, mais surtout un marché qui nous permettra d’occuper une position de leader et de travailler à la définition de nouveaux concepts de navigation aérienne et de contrôle du trafic aérien, en vue de l’initiative STAR 21 pour 2020, et qui nous permettra également de participer, coopérer et combiner des propositions avec celles des États-Unis, afin d’encourager un système plus sûr.
