Le CEPD regrette que l'initiative soit publiée sans que les mesures existantes concernant l'échange d'informations en matière répressive n'aient fait l'objet d'une évaluation adéquate et il demande au Conseil d'inclure une telle évaluation dans la procédure d'adoption.
The EDPS regrets the fact that the present initiative is issued without a proper evaluation of the existing measures on the exchange of law enforcement information and calls on the Council to include such an evaluation in the procedure of adoption.
