Le fait que ces Eurorégions néerlandaise et belge, qui avaient déjà entamé une coopération avant le lancement de l'initiative INTERREG, aient décidé de poursuivre leur coopération dans le cadre d'un programme INTERREG constitue, à mes yeux, une avancée importante.
