Commentant l'adoption du programme opérationnel, le commissaire Flynn a déclaré : "Je suis sûr que ce programme, qui a été adopté dans le cadre de l'initative Emploi, contribuera non seulement dans une large mesure au développement des ressources humaines en république fédérale d'Allemagne mais aussi à un meilleur fonctionnement du marché du travail, par la promotion de la solidarité sociale et de l'égalité des chances pour les femmes au sein de la population active".
Commenting on the approval of the operational programme, Commissioner Flynn said the following : "I fully expect this Programme, which has been adopted within the framework of the Employment Initiative, will not only make a significant contribution to the development of human resources in the Federal Republic of Germany but will also help the labour market function more smoothly whilst promoting social solidarity and equal opportunities for women in the workforce".
