Consequently, in some cases these industries need to complement their supplies with raw materials from outside and to export or dispatch their products to ensure their viability. Given that there are no export refunds, no restrictions should be placed on the possibility of exporting or re-dispatching processed products which have received support under the specific supply arrangements.

Au regard des progrès limités que cette industrie pourra réaliser vers plus de viabilité économique à la lumière des prix du charbon sur les marchés internationaux, la Commission a également tenu compte de la priorité qui doit être accordée à la nécessité d'atténuer dans toute la mesure du possible les conséquences sociales et régionales de la restructuration de l'industrie houillère allemande.
Given the limited progress that this industry can make towards greater economic viability in the light of coal prices on the international markets, the Commission has also taken account of the urgent need to mitigate the social and regional consequences of the restructuring of the German coal industry.
