Les députés du Parti libéral savent très bien que l'immigration est un élément critique et fondamental de la croissance et de la prospérité futures du Canada. Sans un programme fonctionnel d'immigration, notre pays, le pays de nos enfants, n'arrivera peut-être pas à atteindre un grand nombre de ses objectifs prometteurs que nous laisse miroiter le futur, sur les plans économique et sociologique.
