(11) Pour contribuer à la compétitivité et renforcer l'attrait international de l'économie européenne et rendre la capacité d'innovation européenne plus visible , il faudrait que l'IEIT soit capable d'attirer des organisations partenaires, des chercheurs et des étudiants de toutes les régions du monde et de coopérer avec les organismes des pays tiers en stimulant la mobilité des chercheurs et des étudiants.
(11) In order to contribute to the competitiveness and to reinforce the international attractiveness of the European economy and to make European innovation capacity more visible , the EIT should be able to attract partner organisations, researchers and students from all over the world and to cooperate with third-country organisations by encouraging mobility for researchers and students.
