20. invite l'Irak à honorer tous les engagements qu'il a contractés et à accéder à toutes les requêtes qui lui ont été adressées lors du 14 Sommet de la Ligue arabe à Beyrouth les 27 et 28 mars 2002 concernant les personnes disparues, les avoirs confisqués et les indemnisations et réparations de guerre; prend note de la déclaration officielle du ministre irakien des affaires étrangères selon laquelle l'Irak est prêt à rendre, en coopération avec l'ONU, les archives nationales du Koweït; admet le bon effet sur le développement des relations entre les deux pays qu'un tel geste aurait; insiste en outre pour que le gouvernement irakien rende des comptes sur les 605 prisonniers de guerre koweïtiens disparus identifiés en février 2000;

Calls upon Iraq to honour all obligations it entered into and to accede to all requests made to it at the 14th Arab League Summit in Beirut held on 27 and 28 March 2002 regarding missing persons, confiscated property and compensations/ war reparations; notes the official statement of the Iraqi Minister for Foreign Affairs expressing Iraq's readiness to return the Kuwaiti National Archives with UN cooperation; notes the positive effect in the development of relations between Iraq and Kuwait should this be executed; and furthermore insists that the Iraqi government account for the 605 missing Kuwaiti prisoners of war as identified in February 2000;
