Je ne crois pas que Mme Van Lancker souhaite créer des lois pour réglementer absolument tout ; je crois plutôt qu'elle estime nécessaire de pourvoir à la réalisation de cette harmonisation, quand les actions de coordination ne donnent pas les fruits que l'on attend, quand les citoyens ont trouvé et trouvent encore des inégalités entre États membres, quand il n'y a pas d'harmonisation sociale.
I do not believe that Mrs Van Lancker intends to create laws to regulate absolutely everything; I feel rather that she considers it necessary, when coordinating actions do not produce the desired results, when the citizens encounter inequalities between the States and when there is no social harmonisation, to bring about this harmonisation.
