12. salue particulièrement les efforts déployés par l'ex-ministre Sherry Rehman et feu Shahbaz Bhatti pour modifier les lois relatives au blasphème en sorte d'empêcher les abus et invite le gouvernement à abroger ces lois au même titre que d'autres textes législatifs discriminatoires, notamment l'article 295, sections B et C, du code pénal, qui sont des reliques du passé; prie instamment le gouvernement du Pakistan de veiller au respect des textes législatifs en vigueur, comme l'article 137 du code pénal, aux termes duquel l'incitation à la haine est un délit;
12. Commends particularly the efforts of former minister Sherry Rehman and the late Minister for Minorities, Shahbaz Bhatti, to amend the blasphemy laws in order to prevent their misuse and calls on the Government to repeal these laws as well as other discriminatory legislation, inter alia Section 295 B and C of the Penal Code, which are relics of the past; urges the Government of Pakistan as well to enforce existing legislation such as Article 137 of the Penal Code, which makes hate speech a crime;
