L’article 19 du règlement (CE) no 1393/2007 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 13 novembre 2007 relatif à la signification et à la notification dans les États membres des actes judiciaires et extrajudiciaires en matière civile ou commerciale («signification ou notification des actes») (15) s’applique en lieu et place du paragraphe 2 du présent article si l’acte introductif d’instance ou un acte équivalent a dû être transmis d’un État membre à un autre en exécution dudit règlement.

Article 19 of Regulation (EC) No 1393/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 November 2007 on the service in the Member States of judicial and extrajudicial documents in civil or commercial matters (service of documents) (15) shall apply instead of paragraph 2 of this Article if the document instituting the proceedings or an equivalent document had to be transmitted from one Member State to another pursuant to that Regulation.

2. Article 19 of Regulation (EC) No 1393/2007 shall apply instead of the provisions of paragraph 1 of this Article if the document instituting the proceedings or an equivalent document had to be transmitted from one Member State to another pursuant to that Regulation.

(1) Le règlement (CE) n° 1608/2000 de la Commission(2), modifié par le règlement (CE) n° 2237/2000(3), prévoit la prorogation de l'application de certaines dispositions du Conseil, abrogées par l'article 81 du règlement (CE) n° 1493/1999, jusqu'au 30 novembre 2000, dans l'attente de la finalisation et de l'adoption des mesures d'exécution dudit règlement.
(1) Commission Regulation (EC) No 1608/2000(2), as amended by Regulation (EC) No 2237/2000(3), extends the applicability of certain Council provisions repealed by Article 81 of Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 until 30 November 2000 pending the finalisation and adoption of measures implementing that Regulation.
