The amount for financial year 2014 resulting from voluntary adjustment of direct payments in calendar year 2013 in the United Kingdom pursuant to Article 10b of Regulation (EC) No 73/2009, the amounts resulting from the application of Articles 136 and 136b of that Regulation for financial years 2014 and 2015, as well as the amounts resulting from the application of Article 66(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013 should be added to the annual breakdown of Union support to rural development.

Consequently, the net financial result was more balanced than in previous years with surpluses of €535,017 and €76,953 for accounting years of 2013 and 2014 respectively to the benefit of the European Union budget.

En ce qui concerne le Feader, aux fins de l’apurement des comptes conformément à l’article 51 du règlement (UE) no 1306/2013, les dispositions de l’article 54, paragraphe 2, dudit règlement, sont applicables à partir de l’apurement des comptes pour l’exercice financier 2014.
As regards EAFRD, for the purpose of clearing the accounts in accordance with Article 51 of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013, the provisions of Article 54(2) of that Regulation shall apply starting with the clearance of the accounts for financial year 2014.
