122. réitère sa demande de mise en place d'une stratégie immobilière à long terme du Parlement; rappelle sa demande exprimée au paragraphe 30 de la résolution du 22 octobre 2009 sur le projet de budget général de l'Union européenne pour l'exercice 2010, section I – Parlement européen, section II – Conseil, section IV – Cour de justice, section V – Cour des comptes, section VI – Comité économique et social européen , section VII – Comité des régions, section VIII – Médiateur européen, section IX – Contrôleur européen de la protection des données ; souligne en particulier que, dans le cadre de cette stratégie immobilière, les frais d'entretien croissants en raison de l'achat de bâtiments, ainsi que le besoin de rénovation croissant à moyen terme devraient être pris en considération; note que la stratégie immobilière doit viser la durabilité du budget du Parlement; souligne que les exigences découlant de l'entrée en vigueur du traité de Lisbonne doivent être prises en considération et souhaite être tenu informé des résultats;
122. Repeats its call for Parliament to adopt a long-term strategy for property and buildings; points again to its demands in paragraph 30 of its resolution of 22 October 2009 on the draft general budget of the European Union for the financial year 2010, Section I – European Parliament, Section II – Council, Section IV – Court of Justice, Section V – Court of Auditors, Section VI – European Economic and Social Committee, Section VII – Committee of the Regions, Section VIII – European Ombudsman, Section IX – European Data Protection Supervisor ; stresses in particular that any such property and buildings strategy must also take into account the rising costs of maintaining buildings purchased and the necessity over the medium term of renovating them; points out that the property and buildings strategy must ensure the sustainability of Parliament's budget; stresses that account must also be taken of the requirements created by the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty, and expects to be kept informed of the results;

1. rappelle ses priorités politiques pour le budget 2010 ainsi qu'il les a initialement exposées dans ses résolutions du 10 mars 2009 sur les orientations relatives à la procédure budgétaire 2010, section III – Commission et autres sections et développées plus avant ensuite dans ses résolutions du 22 octobre 2009 sur le projet de budget général de l'Union européenne pour l'exercice 2010, section III – Commission et autres sections; souligne que ces priorités ont constitué les principes directeurs de sa stratégie de concertation budgétaire avec le Conseil pour le budget 2010 et de son évaluation du cadre budgétaire pour l'exercice 2010;

annuler la décision d’exécution 2013/763/UE de la Commission du 12 décembre 2013 écartant du financement de l’Union européenne certaines dépenses effectuées par les États membres au titre du Fonds européen d’orientation et de garantie agricole (FEOGA), section «Garantie», du Fonds européen agricole de garantie (FEAGA) et du Fonds européen agricole pour le développement rural (Feader) [notifiée sous le numéro C(2013) 8743] et publiée au journal officiel L 338/2013, dans ses chapitres qui excluent du financement de l’Union européenne des dépenses: a) d’un montant total de 78 813 783,87 euros, effectuées par la République hellénique dans le domaine de l’aide unique au cours des exercices 2008-2010 et b) d’un montant de 22 230 822,10 euros, effectuées par la République hellénique dans le domaine de la conditionnalité au cours des exercices 2006-2010;
annul the Commission Implementing Decision of 12 December 2013 on excluding from European Union financing certain expenditure incurred by the Member States under the Guarantee Section of the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF), under the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and under the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), notified under document C(2013) 8743 and published OJ 2013 L 338 to the extent of the sections of it whereby there is excluded, from European Union financing, expenditure (a) to a total amount of EUR 78 813 783,87 , which was incurred by the Hellenic Republic in the area of the single payment scheme for the financial years 2008-2010 and (b) to a total amount of EUR 22 230 822,10 which was incurred by the Hellenic Republic in the area of cross compliance for the financial years 2006-2010;

Concernant les corrections financières prévues par la décision d’exécution de la Commission du 2 mai 2013 écartant du financement de l’Union européenne certaines dépenses effectuées par les États membres au titre du Fonds européen d’orientation et de garantie agricole (FEOGA), section «Garantie», du Fonds européen agricole européen de garantie (FEAGA) et du Fonds européen agricole pour le développement rural (Feader), notifiée sous le no C(2013) 2436 et publiée au JO L 123/2013, dans la mesure où celle-ci impose à la République hellénique une correction financière d’un montant total de 6 175 094,49 euros pour les dépenses effectuées par la République hellénique dans le cadre du Fonds européen agricole pour le développement rural, Axe 2, 2007-2013, mesures liées à la surface, exercices 2009 et 2010 (années de demande 2008 et 2009), la République hellénique fait valoir les moyens d’annulation suivants:
In relation to the financial corrections imposed by the contested Commission implementing decision of 2 May 2013 on excluding from European Union financing certain expenditure incurred by the Member States under the Guarantee Section of the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF), the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), notified under document C(2013) 2436 and published at OJ 2013 L 123, in so far as that decision imposes on the Hellenic Republic a financial correction totalling EUR 6 175 094,49 for expenditure incurred by it within the framework of the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, in Axis 2, 2007-13, area related measures in the financial years 2009 and 2010 (claim years 2008 and 2009), the Hellenic Republic puts forward the following pleas for annulment:

Le 1er mars de chaque année au plus tard, et pour la première fois le 1er mars 2010 au plus tard, les États membres soumettent à la Commission un rapport sur la mise en œuvre, au cours de l’exercice budgétaire précédent, des mesures prévues dans leurs programmes d’aide visés à la partie II, titre I, chapitre IV, section IV ter.
5. Member States shall submit to the Commission by 1 March each year, and for the first time by 1 March 2010, a report on the implementation of the measures provided for in their support programmes referred to in Section IVb of Chapter IV of Title I of Part II during the previous financial year.
