annuler la décision d’exécution 2014/950/UE de la Commission, du 19 décembre 2014, écartant du financement de l’Union européenne certaines dépenses effectuées par les États membres au titre du Fonds européen d’orientation et de garantie agricole (FEOGA), section «Garantie», du Fonds européen agricole de garantie (FEAGA) et du Fonds européen agricole pour le développement rural (Feader) [notifiée sous le numéro C (2014) 10135] (JO L 369, p. 71), dans la mesure où elle concerne la République de Slovénie, et plus précisément en raison de la correction financière à hauteur de 8 7 00 815,25 euros, adoptée à la suite d’irrégularités au titre de l’exercice 2009, à propos de la mesure Sucre-Fonds de restructuration;
annul Commission Implementing Decision 2014/950/EU of 19 December 2014 on excluding from European Union financing certain expenditure incurred by the Member States under the Guarantee Section of the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF), under the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and under the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) (notified under document C(2014) 10135) (OJ 2014 L 369, p. 71), insofar as it refers to the Republic of Slovenia, more particularly as regards the financial correction of EUR 8 7 00 815,25, adopted on account of an irregularity for the financial year 2009 concerning the Sugar-restructuring Fund measure;

Concernant les corrections financières prévues par la décision d’exécution de la Commission du 2 mai 2013 écartant du financement de l’Union européenne certaines dépenses effectuées par les États membres au titre du Fonds européen d’orientation et de garantie agricole (FEOGA), section «Garantie», du Fonds européen agricole européen de garantie (FEAGA) et du Fonds européen agricole pour le développement rural (Feader), notifiée sous le no C(2013) 2436 et publiée au JO L 123/2013, dans la mesure où celle-ci impose à la République hellénique une correction financière d’un montant total de 6 175 094,49 euros pour les dépenses effectuées par la République hellénique dans le cadre du Fonds européen agricole pour le développement rural, Axe 2, 2007-2013, mesures liées à la surface, exercices 2009 et 2010 (années de demande 2008 et 2009), la République hellénique fait valoir les moyens d’annulation suivants:
In relation to the financial corrections imposed by the contested Commission implementing decision of 2 May 2013 on excluding from European Union financing certain expenditure incurred by the Member States under the Guarantee Section of the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF), the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), notified under document C(2013) 2436 and published at OJ 2013 L 123, in so far as that decision imposes on the Hellenic Republic a financial correction totalling EUR 6 175 094,49 for expenditure incurred by it within the framework of the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, in Axis 2, 2007-13, area related measures in the financial years 2009 and 2010 (claim years 2008 and 2009), the Hellenic Republic puts forward the following pleas for annulment:

– having regard to its resolution of 23 October 2008 on the draft general budget of the European Union for the financial year 2009, Section I – European Parliament, Section II – Council, Section IV – Court of Justice, Section V – Court of Auditors, Section VI – European Economic and Social Committee, Section VII – Committee of the Regions, Section VIII – European Ombudsman, Section IX – European Data Protection Supervisor (C6-0309/2008),

1. rappelle ses priorités politiques pour le budget 2009 ainsi qu'il les a exposées dans ses résolutions du 24 avril 2008 sur la stratégie politique annuelle de la Commission pour 2009 et sur le cadre budgétaire et les priorités pour la procédure budgétaire 2009 et développées davantage dans sa résolution du 8 juillet 2008 sur le budget 2009: premières réflexions sur l'avant-projet de budget 2009 et sur le mandat pour la concertation, section III – Commission; souligne que ces priorités politiques, telles qu'elles ont été exprimées en dernier lieu dans sa résolution du 23 octobre 2008 sur le projet de budget général de l'Union européenne pour l'exercice 2009, section III – Commission, ont constitué les principes directeurs de sa stratégie de concertation budgétaire avec le Conseil pour le budget 2009;

Recalls its political priorities for Budget 2009 as first set out in its resolutions of 24 April 2008 on the Commission's Annual Policy Strategy for 2009 and on the budgetary framework and priorities for 2009 and then further developed in its resolution of 8 July 2008 on the 2009 budget: First reflections on the 2009 Preliminary Draft Budget and mandate for the conciliation, Section III - Commission; stresses that these political priorities, as finally expressed in its resolution of 23 October 2008 on the draft general budget of the European Union for the financial year 2009, Section III - Commission, were the guiding principles for its approach to the budgetary conciliation with Council for Budget 2009;

According to our departmental performance report, in the last fiscal year our divisions finalized more than 55,000 cases, broken down as follows: at the RPD, 28,500 refugee claims; at the lAD, 7,200 appeals; at the ID, 3,150 admissibility hearings and 16,500 detention reviews.

(Return tabled) Question No. 182 Ms. Chris Charlton: With respect to mental health support in prisons and other detention facilities operated by Correctional Services Canada (CSC): (a) what progress has been made since 2004 in the implementation of the CSC Mental Health Strategy; (b) what plans are in place for the operation of the Community Mental Health and Institutional Mental Health initiatives over the next five years; (c) what plans are in place to act on the recommendations in the 2008-2009 Annual Report of the Office of the Correctional Investigator; (d) what is the total amount of funds allocated to all types of mental health support by CSC for the upcoming fiscal year, broken down by program type; (e) what percentage of overall CSC funds are allocated to mental health support for the upcoming fiscal year; (f) what percentage of overall CSC funds are allocated to security, risk management and control for the upcoming fiscal year; (g) how many offenders have access to intermediate mental healthcare units in the region in which they are incarcerated; (h) what processes are in place to review the effectiveness of existing mental health programs and identify gaps in services; (i) what recommendations have arisen from such reviews in the last two years; (j) what progress has been made in conducting an independent review of long-term segregation cases; (k) what progress has been made in the creation of a measurable set of performance indicators to evaluate CSC’s response to offender mental health concerns; (l) what guidelines does CSC provide to operational staff on the use of segregation placements with offenders who have mental health concerns; (m) what progress has the National Population Management Committee made in reviewing specific cases of the use of lengthy periods in segregation and treatment alternatives for offenders with mental health concerns; (n) what progress has been made on the creation of a national strategy for managing chronic se ...
