Le 22 décembre 2010, la Commission a reçu notification, conformément à l’article 4 du règlement (CE) no 139/2004 du Conseil (1), d’un projet de concentration par lequel l'entreprise TPG Holdings II, L.P («TPG», États-Unis) acquiert, au sens de l'article 3, paragraphe 1, point b), du règlement CE sur les concentrations, le contrôle d'une partie de l'entreprise Ashland Inc («Ashland Distribution», États-Unis) par achat d'actifs.
On 22 December 2010, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1) by which TPG Holdings II, L.P (‘TPG’, USA), acquires within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Merger Regulation control of part of Ashland Inc (‘Ashland Distribution’, USA) by way of purchase of assets.
