La Commission européenne a approuvé la création d'une entreprise commune entre la compagnie pétrolière contrôlée par l'État norvégien, Statoil AS, et ICA AS, la filiale norvégienne du groupe suédois ICA AB de distribution de biens de consommation quotidiens, pour l'établissement d'un réseau de magasins dans les stations services en Scandinavie.
The European Commission has approved the joint venture between the Norwegian State owned oil company, Statoil AS, and ICA AS, the Norwegian subsidiary of the Swedish daily consumer goods group ICA AB, for the establishment of a network of service station shops in Scandinavia.
