Pursuant to the transaction, two private equity funds controlled by Morgan Stanley and other companies belonging to the Olivetti/Telecom Italia group will set up two joint ventures, called Tiglio I and Tiglio II. The parties will confer to the joint ventures certain activities in the field of sale and lease of immovable property for commercial use so far exclusively controlled by the Olivetti/Telecom Italia group or by the Pirelli Group.
