By 30 June 2017 the Commission shall carry out, with the assistance of independent experts, an interim evaluation of the S2R Joint Undertaking, including an assessment of the involvement and openness to small and medium enterprises, as well as the administrative functioning of the S2R Joint Undertaking with a special focus on addressing any administrative challenges or burdens.

La Commission procède, avec l'aide d'experts indépendants et au plus tard le 30 juin 2017, à une évaluation intermédiaire de l'entreprise commune S2R, incluant une évaluation de l'ouverture aux petites et moyennes entreprises et de leur association, ainsi que du fonctionnement administratif de l'entreprise commune S2R, en portant une attention particulière à toute charge ou à tout problème administratif.
