Bruxelles, le 30 août 2011 - La Commission européenne a autorisé, en vertu du règlement de l'UE sur les concentrations, le projet de prise de contrôle en commun de l'entreprise Beluga Hochtief Offshore (BHO) par l'entreprise allemande Hochtief, actuellement son propriétaire exclusif, et l'entreprise belge GeoSea.
Brussels, 30 August 2011 - The European Commission has cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed acquisition of joint control over Beluga Hochtief Offshore (BHO) by the German company Hochtief, currently its sole owner, and the Belgian company GeoSea.
