(A) Whereas this application is based on Article 2 a) of the EGF regulation and targets for support a total of 642 dismissed workers, including 554 workers made redundant during the reference period 4 October 2011 and 4 March 2011 in ALDI Hellas Supermarket Holding and its supplier Thessaloniki Logistics and 88 workers dismissed before and after the reference period in ALDI Hellas;

4. note que l'entreprise ALDI Hellas était engagée dans négociations pour vendre les magasins et regrette dès lors que les résultats de ces négociations n'aient pas été inclus dans la proposition de la Commission; se demande si les travailleurs licenciés par ALDI Hellas pourraient éventuellement retrouver un emploi auprès du nouveau propriétaire des magasins;
4. Notes that ALDI Hellas was involved in negotiations to sell the stores and therefore, regrets that the outcome of those negotiations was not included in the Commission proposal; inquires if employees made redundant by ALDI Hellas could possibly find employment with the new owner of the stores;

(4) Le 10 mai 2011, la Grèce a soumis une demande d'intervention du FEM pour faire face à des licenciements survenus dans l'entreprise ALDI Hellas Supermarket Holding EPE Assoc.
