Le Médiateur considère cet argument plausible, mais il n'est pas convaincu que l'article ne devrait pas non plus être applicable à l'EIE ex post, puisque l'objectif de l'EIE ex post était de simuler du mieux possible une EIE ex ante.
The Ombudsman considers this argument to be plausible but is not convinced that the article should not be applicable to the ex post EIA either, since the aim of the ex post EIA was to simulate in the best possible way an ex ante EIA.
