2. Par dérogation au paragraphe 1, toute partie peut cependant mettre fin à l'accord lorsque la validation technique et opérationnelle de l'EGNOS sera terminée, en notifiant son intention aux autres parties six mois à l'avance.
2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1, any Party may nevertheless terminate the Agreement upon completion of the EGNOS technical and operational validation, by notifying the other Parties of its intention six months in advance.
