La Commission veillera donc à solliciter régulièrement l'avis des représentants des États membres, comme actuellement avec le groupe d'experts nationaux en droit des sociétés, mais aussi celui de représentants des milieux d'affaires et d'universitaires afin d'enrichir son analyse de points de vue externes.
