M. Yves Rocheleau (Trois-Rivières, BQ): Monsieur le Président, au nom du Bloc québécois, je tiens à exprimer notre profonde tristesse relativement à l'assassinat hier matin, au Rwanda, du père Guy Pinard, un missionnaire québécois originaire de Trois-Rivières qui oeuvrait là-bas depuis 37 ans.
