2. The delegation of power referred to in Articles 6(3), 11(2), 13(6), 17(2), 18(4), 20(3), 23(3), 26(2) and 29(4) shall be conferred on the Commission for a period of five years from .*.

3. 3. The delegation of power referred to in Articles 6(3), 11(2), 13(6), 17(2), 18(4), 20(3), 23(3), 26(2) and 29(4) may be revoked at any time by the European Parliament or by the Council.

3 ter. Les actes délégués adoptés en vertu de l'article 6, paragraphe 3, de l'article 11, paragraphe 2, de l'article 13, paragraphe 6, de l'article 17, paragraphe 2, de l'article 18, paragraphe 4, de l'article 20, paragraphe 3, de l'article 23, paragraphe 3, de l'article 26, paragraphe 2 et de l'article 29, paragraphe 4, n'entrent en vigueur que si le Parlement européen ou le Conseil n'a pas exprimé d'objections dans un délai de deux mois à compter de la notification de cet acte au Parlement européen et au Conseil ou si, avant l'expiration de ce délai, le Parlement européen et le Conseil ont tous deux informé la Commission de leur intention de ne pas exprimer d'objections.
3b. The delegated acts adopted pursuant to Article 6(3), Article 11(2), Article 13(6), Article 17(2), Article 18(4), Article 20(3), Article 23(3), Article 26(2) and Article 29(4) shall enter into force only if no objection has been expressed by either the European Parliament or the Council within a period of two months of notification of that act to the European Parliament and the Council or if, before the expiry of that period, the European Parliament and the Council have both informed the Commission that they do not intend to raise any objections.

Article 7b is replaced by the following:" Article 7b Exceptional and critical circumstances Where exceptional and critical circumstances arise within the meaning of Article 25(4)(b) and Article 26(4) of the Interim Agreement, and thereafter Article 38(4)(b) and Article 39(4) of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, the Commission may take immediate measures as provided for in Articles 25 and 26 of the Interim Agreement, and thereafter Articles 38 and 39 of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, in accordance with the advisory procedure referred to in Article 7a(3a) Article 7fa(4) of this Regulation.
