(A) Whereas this application is based on Article 2b) of the EGF regulation and targets for support 554 workers of the total of 842 workers dismissed in 230 enterprises operating in the NACE Revision 2 Division 71 ("Architectural and engineering activities; technical testing and analysis") within the reference period between 1 July 2009 and 31 March 2010 in the entire state of Ireland which is covered by two NUTS II regions (Border, Midlands, Western (IE01) and Southern and Eastern (IE02)).

3. Les décisions prises par l’entreprise commune en application de l’article 8 du règlement (CE) no 1049/2001 peuvent faire l’objet d’une plainte auprès du médiateur ou d’un recours devant la Cour de justice, dans les conditions prévues respectivement aux articles 195 et 230 du traité.
3. Decisions taken by the Joint Undertaking pursuant to Article 8 of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 may form the subject of a complaint to the Ombudsman or of an action before the Court of Justice, under the conditions laid down in Articles 195 and 230 of the Treaty respectively.
