Les objectifs de la présente décision sont similaires à ceux fixés dans les programmes établis par: le règlement (UE) no 1285/2013, dans son article 1, son article 3, points c) et d), et son article 4; la décision 2013/743/UE du Conseil (10), dans son article 2, paragraphe 2, points b) et c), son annexe I, section II, point 1.6.2 d), et son annexe I, section III, points 7.5 et 7.8; le règlement (UE) no 377/2014, dans son article 8, paragraphe 2, point b), qui alloue un montant maximal de 26,5 millions d'EUR à prix courants.

3. The Commission shall, in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 41(2), adapt the amounts referred to in Articles 2(1)(3)(e), 7(b), 10(1) and 11(5)(a) and (d) taking into account Community legislation, economic developments and changes in international standards.

This applies also to the cases provided for in Article 10 (b) and (c), in Article 10 (d) concerning doctors and dental practitioners, in Article 10 (f) when the migrant seeks recognition in another Member State where the relevant professional activities are pursued by nurses responsible for general care or specialised nurses holding evidence of formal qualifications as a specialist which follows the training leading to the possession of the titles listed in Annex V, point 5.2.2 and in Article 10 (g).
