La Commission souligne que, conformément à l'article 22, paragraphe 3, du règlement (CE) n° 304/2003, si l'arsenic métallique était interdit ou strictement réglementé dans la Communauté, une proposition serait formulée pour adapter l'annexe concernée.
The Commission stresses that, in accordance with Article 22(3) of Regulation (EC) No 304/2003, if metallic arsenic were to be banned or severely restricted in the Community, a proposal would be made to adapt the relevant annex.
