Il est difficile, Monsieur le Président, en entendant l'argumentation fleurie, bien argumentée et bien pondérée de notre collègue M. Wurtz, de ne pas en partager, pour le moins, le raisonnement de fond, ainsi que la méthode qu'il préconise.
Mr President, when one hears Mr Wurtz’s ornate, well-argued and well-considered reasoning, it is difficult not to agree with at least the underlying argument, if not the method he recommends.
