Les dispositions du règlement d’application se substituent à celles des arrangements relatifs à l’application des conventions visées à l’article 8, paragraphe 1, du règlement de base, à l’exception des dispositions concernant les arrangements relatifs aux conventions visées à l’annexe II du règlement de base, pour autant que les dispositions desdits arrangement soient inscrites à l’annexe 1 du règlement d’application.

The provisions of the implementing Regulation shall replace those laid down in the arrangements for the application of the conventions referred to in Article 8(1) of the basic Regulation, except the provisions concerning the arrangements concerning the conventions referred to in Annex II to the basic Regulation, provided that the provisions of those arrangements are included in Annex 1 to the implementing Regulation.

Since the multilingual standard forms under this Regulation do not have legal value and do not overlap with the multilingual standard forms provided for in ICCS Conventions No 16, No 33 and No 34 or with the life certificates provided for in ICCS Convention No 27, this Regulation should not affect the application of those Conventions as between Member States or between a Member State and a third country.

15. se félicite de la ratification par l'Équateur des huit conventions fondamentales de l'OIT; insiste sur l'importance d'une ratification rapide et de l'application effective de toutes les conventions de l'OIT par l'Équateur et par tous les États membres de l'Union; regrette que l'Équateur n'ait pas encore ratifié la convention nº 129 de l'OIT et invite la Commission à soutenir les efforts consentis par l'Équateur pour faire avancer le processus de sa mise en œuvre effective; demande au gouvernement équatorien de se conformer aux recommandations du comité d'experts de l'OIT relatives à l'application des conventions nº 87 et nº 98 de l'OIT et souligne qu'il importe, dans un souci d'indépendance, d'efficacité et de respect des convictions, que les travailleurs puissent changer d'affiliation syndicale ou créer de nouveaux syndicats, et rappelle en particulier que l'OIT a demandé au gouvernement équatorien d'arrêter les mesures législatives nécessaires de sorte à se conformer aux dispositions de l'article 2 de la convention;

Welcomes the fact that Ecuador has ratified all eight fundamental ILO conventions; insists on the importance of swift ratification and effective implementation of all ILO conventions by Ecuador and all the EU Member States; regrets that Ecuador has not yet ratified ILO Convention 129, and calls on the Commission to support the efforts of Ecuador to progress in the effective application thereof; calls on the Ecuadorian Government to follow the recommendations of the ILO’s Committee of Experts for effective application of ILO Conventions 87 and 98 and emphasises the importance of the possibility for workers to be able to change or establish new trade unions, for reasons of independence, effectiveness and ideological affinity, and recalls in particular that the ILO has requested that the Ecuadorian Government take the legislative action necessary to comply with the provisions of Article 2 of the Convention;

The provisions of this Regulation shall replace ║the arrangements for the application of the conventions referred to in Article 8 (1) of the basic Regulation , except the provisions concerning the arrangements for the conventions referred to in Annex II of the basic Regulation, provided that the provisions of the said arrangements are included in Annex I of the implementing Regulation.
