Takes the view that one of the tasks of the future EMPA will be to ensure the smooth functioning of the Euro-Mediterranean partnership, in addition to the tasks of promoting the proper implementation of the association agreements concluded between the European Union and the Mediterranean partner countries, and adopting recommendations to be addressed to the Interministerial Conference with a view to achieving the objectives of the Euro-Mediterranean partnership;

3. est d'avis que l'une des tâches de cette future APEM sera de veiller, d'évaluer et de participer au bon fonctionnement du partenariat euro-méditerranéen, ainsi que de promouvoir la bonne application des accords d'association conclus entre l'Union européenne et les pays partenaires méditerranéens ainsi que d'adopter et d'adresser des recommandations à la Conférence interministérielle en vue de la réalisation des objectifs du partenariat euro-méditerranéen; souligne aussi la nécessité du renforcement du dialogue politique;
