During his visit to Afghanistan, the Commissioner will meet the Chairman of the Afghan Interim Authority Hamid Karzai, the Foreign Minister Abdullah Abdullah, with Zahir Sha, the recently returned former Afghan King, the Commission preparing the Loya Jirga (Great Council to be held in June) as well as the command of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF).
