TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Il y a donc lieu d’étendre les règles existantes en matière de contrôles officiels relatifs à l’alimentation des oiseaux nécrophages à tous les animaux pour lesquels l’utilisation de matières de catégorie 1 dans l’alimentation peut être autorisée conformément à l’annexe VI du règlement (UE) no 142/2011.
The existing rules on official controls regarding the feeding of necrophagous birds should therefore be extended to all animals to which feeding of Category 1 material may be authorised according to Annex VI to Regulation (EU) No 142/2011.

In addition, Member States may authorise the use, under the supervision of the competent authorities, of Category 1 material referred to in Article 4(1)(b)(ii) for the feeding of endangered or protected species of necrophagous birds in accordance with rules laid down by the Commission after consultation of the European Food Safety Authority.

(1) Le règlement (CE) n° 1774/2002 donne aux États membres la possibilité d'autoriser l'utilisation de certaines matières de catégorie 1 pour l'alimentation d'espèces d'oiseaux nécrophages menacées d'extinction ou protégées, après consultation de l'Autorité européenne de sécurité des aliments, par dérogation aux restrictions applicables à l'utilisation de sous-produits animaux fixées dans ledit règlement.
(1) Regulation (EC) No 1774/2002 provides the possibility for Member States to authorise the feeding of endangered or protected species of necrophagous birds with certain category 1 material after consultation of the European Food Safety Authority, by derogation to the restrictions applicable to the use of animal by-products laid down in that Regulation.
