Since the regional authorities (Xunta de Galicia) have given an assurance that the aid will not bring about an increase in production capacity (in accordance with the criteria adopted by the Commission for aid for investment in the manufacture of dairy products and substitute products), the Commission has decided to terminate the procedure laid down in Article 93(2) in respect of the aid.
