TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

L'efficacité des activités législatives du Parlement a été largement renforcée au cours de l’actuelle législature.
Parliament has become far more effective in its legislative activity under the current legislature.

- Adopter la proposition sur la responsabilité environnementale avant la fin de la législature actuelle.
- Adopt the proposal on environmental liability before the end of the present Parliament.

Comme le relève la recommandation, ceci constitue une contrainte pour le processus décisionnel du Tribunal constitutionnel, particulièrement dans les conditions actuelles où ledit Tribunal ne compte que douze juges (étant donné que les trois juges légalement nommés en octobre 2015 par la 7 législature de la Diète n'ont pas pris leurs fonctions).
As pointed out in the Recommendation this represents a constraint on the decision-making process of the Constitutional Tribunal, in particular in the current circumstances where the Constitutional Tribunal has only 12 judges (since the three judges that were lawfully nominated in October 2015 by the 7th term of the Sejm have not taken up their judicial functions).

29. In order to give this ambitious and long-term project the visibility and attention which it warrants, undertakes to reflect carefully on how it should best be dealt with in Parliament itself, and accordingly suggests the setting-up of a parliamentary project team which should be properly resourced in order to deal with this long-term project over the period of the current parliamentary term and which should reflect the enhanced cooperation procedure between committees;

To continue with the same example, I would highlight the effort that Spanish society has made in relation to the modernisation of the labour market, which has reduced the unemployment rate in Spain from 23% in 1995 to 12% in 2002, and that during the current Spanish legislature, that is, by 2004, that rate will be 9%, which is around the European average.
