Calls for steps to be taken to ensure that TiSA contributes fairly and significantly to job creation and sets ambitious trade in services standards which cover the main 21st century issues, notably the persisting jobs crisis in some Member States, growing inequalities, youth unemployment and other social challenges, and to promote higher levels of protection of labour and environmental standards, to combat all forms of social dumping and to ensure that the prohibition of discrimination is complied with;
