Si un accord de crédit relatif à des biens immobiliers à usage résidentiel qui est soumis aux dispositions relatives à l’évaluation de la solvabilité des consommateurs figurant dans la directive 2014/17/UE du Parlement européen et du Conseil , prévoit comme condition préalable la fourniture au même consommateur d’un service d’investissement se rapportant à des obligations hypothécaires émises spécifiquement pour obtenir le financement de l’accord de crédit relatif à des biens immobiliers à usage résidentiel et assorties de conditions identiques à celui-ci, afin que le prêt soit remboursable, refinancé ou amorti, ce service n’est pas soumis aux obligations énoncées au présent article.
7. If a credit agreement relating to residential immovable property, which is subject to the provisions concerning creditworthiness assessment of consumers laid down in Directive 2014/17/EU of the European Parliament and the Council , has as a prerequisite the provision to that same consumer of an investment service in relation to mortgage bonds specifically issued to secure the financing of and having identical terms as the credit agreement relating to residential immovable property, in order for the loan to be payable, refinanced or redeemed, that service shall not be subject to the obligations set out in this Article.

2. Les États membres d’accueil prennent toutes les mesures efficaces et appropriées afin de maintenir l’ordre et la sécurité aux abords immédiats des bâtiments, des locaux et des terrains occupés par l’agence et fournissent à celle-ci une protection appropriée, conformément à l’accord de siège relatif au siège de l’agence et aux accords relatifs aux sites techniques et de secours pertinents, tout en garantissant un libre accès à ces bâtiments, locaux et terrains aux personnes autorisées par l’agence à y accéder.

The host Member States shall take all effective and adequate measures to maintain order and security in the immediate vicinity of the buildings, premises and land used by the Agency and shall provide to the Agency the appropriate protection, in accordance with the relevant Headquarters Agreement concerning the seat of the Agency and the Agreements concerning the technical and backup sites, whilst guaranteeing free access to these buildings, premises and land to persons authorised by the Agency.

2. This Agreement shall not preclude the Parties from entering into other agreements or arrangements relating to the protection and exchange of classified information originated by them, provided that such agreements or arrangements do not conflict with this Agreement.
