3. La position à adopter par l’Islande et la Norvège, au sein du comité mixte, sur des sujets qui relèvent des articles 14 ou 20 de l’accord de transport aérien modifié par le protocole ou sur des sujets qui ne nécessitent pas l’adoption d’une décision ayant des effets juridiques, est arrêtée par la Commission en accord avec l’Islande et la Norvège.
3. The position to be taken by Iceland and Norway within the Joint Committee as regards matters that fall within Articles 14 or 20 of the Air Transport Agreement as amended by the Protocol, or matters that do not require the adoption of a decision having legal effects shall be adopted by the Commission in agreement with Iceland and Norway.
