IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

L’UE croit que l’établissement d’un forum d’échange d’opinions et d’expériences avec les PMA et les PEID en dehors du contexte des négociations contribuera à accélérer la mise en œuvre de la CCNUCC et des accords associés.
The EU believes that establishing a forum for the exchange of views and experiences with LDCs and SIDS outside the negotiating context will help to advance the implementation of the UNFCCC and related agreements.

Ce rapport précède le 7 Conseil d'association UE-Égypte, programmé pour le 25 juillet 2017 à Bruxelles.
The report comes ahead of the 7th EU-Egypt Association Council, scheduled to take place on 25th July 2017 in Brussels.

L'article 15, paragraphe 7, du protocole no 4 à l'accord euro-méditerranéen établissant une association entre les Communautés européennes et leurs États membres, d'une part, et la République arabe d'Égypte, d'autre part (1) (ci-après dénommé «accord»), tel que modifié par la décision no 1/2010 du conseil d'association UE-Égypte du 3 août 2010 (2), permet, sous certaines conditions, la ristourne ou l'exonération partielle des droits de douane ou des taxes d'effet équivalent jusqu'au 31 décembre 2012.
Article 15(7) of Protocol No 4 to the Euro-Mediterranean Agreement establishing an association between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Arab Republic of Egypt, of the other part (1), (‘the Agreement’), as amended by Decision No 1/2010 of the EU-Egypt Association Council of 3 August 2010 (2), allows drawback of, or partial exemption from, customs duties or charges with equivalent effect, subject to certain conditions, until 31 December 2012.

Parallèlement à l’association de plusieurs pays tiers à l’acquis de Schengen, la Communauté a conclu, ou est sur le point de conclure, plusieurs accords associant également ces pays à l’acquis de Dublin/Eurodac:
In parallel to the association of several non-EU Member States to the Schengen acquis, the Community concluded, or is in the process of doing so, several agreements associating these countries also to the Dublin/Eurodac acquis:

- l’accord associant l’Islande et la Norvège, conclu en 2001[17].
-the agreement associating Iceland and Norway, concluded in 2001[17].

- l’accord associant la Suisse, conclu le 28 février 2008[18].
-the agreement associating Switzerland, concluded on 28 February 2008[18].

Parallèlement à l’association de plusieurs pays tiers à l’acquis de Schengen, l’ancienne Communauté (dorénavant, l’Union) a conclu, ou est sur le point de conclure, plusieurs accords associant également ces pays aux mesures relatives à EURODAC.
In parallel to the association of several non-EU Member States to the Schengen acquis, the former Community (now the Union) concluded, or is in the process of doing so, several agreements associating these countries also to the EURODAC related measures.

Lors de la 4e réunion du conseil d'association UE-Égypte en avril 2008, cette dernière a présenté des propositions visant à améliorer les relations avec l'UE.
