L'absence d'incrimination distincte pour la collaboration à un groupe terroriste en Suède et pour la direction d'un tel groupe en Suède et au Danemark n'empêche pas en soi d'atteindre les résultats visés par la décision-cadre mais elle risque de compromettre l'objectif systématique et politique de cet instrument ainsi que la transparence de son application et, partant, la pleine transposition des dispositions qui s'y rapportent.
The lack of separate criminalisation of collaboration with a terrorist group in Sweden and of leadership of a terrorist group in both Sweden and Denmark, does not automatically exclude attainment of the results sought by the Framework Decision, but it may disrupt the systematic and political aim of this instrument and the clarity of implementation, and can hinder full implementation of related provisions.
