Il est convenu - Que, tel qu'il a été convenu à la réunion du 16 mars 1999, le Comité envoie une lettre au ministre de la Justice appuyant la proposition du Barreau du Québec voulant que les décisions judiciaires ayant une valeur jurisprudentielle certaine soient traduites dans les deux langues officielles et qu'un comité comptant des membres du Barreau du Québec et de l'Association du Barreau canadien soit constitué afin de déterminer quelles décisions seraient retenues.
It was agreed - That, as agreed at the meeting of March 16, 1999, the Committee send a letter to the Minister of Justice endorsing the proposal of the Barreau du Québec that legal decisions of significant jurisprudential value be translated into both official languages and that a committee comprised of members of both the Barreau du Québec and the Canadian Bar Association be formed in order to determine which decisions would qualify.
