Mme Michelle Dockrill (Bras d'Or—Cape Breton, NPD): Monsieur le Président, à la suite de la rencontre annuelle du CCA qui a eu lieu lundi dernier, j'aurais espéré que le gouvernement libéral change d'attitude par rapport aux répercussions de ses programmes sur les femmes notamment, aux modifications au programme de l'assurance-emploi qui ont touché particulièrement et gravement les Canadiennes.
Mrs. Michelle Dockrill (Bras d'Or—Cape Breton, NDP): Mr. Speaker, following the annual NAC lobby on Monday of this week I hoped we would see a change in attitude from the Liberal government concerning the impact of its programs on women, especially changes to the EI program which have had a specific and serious effect on Canadian women.
