Le texte du protocole de modification qui résulte des négociations reflète correctement les directives de négociation adoptées par le Conseil en ce qu'il permet d'adapter l'accord entre la Communauté européenne et la Principauté de Liechtenstein prévoyant des mesures équivalentes à celles prévues dans la directive 2003/48/CE du Conseil en matière de fiscalité des revenus de l'épargne sous forme de paiements d'intérêts (3) (ci-après dénommé «accord») à l'évolution récente au niveau international concernant l'échange automatique d'informations, à savoir à la «norme mondiale d'échange automatique de renseignements relatifs aux comptes financiers en matière fiscale» élaborée par l'Organisation de coopération et de développement économiques (OCDE).
The text of the Amending Protocol, which is the result of negotiations, duly reflects the negotiating directive therefor issued by the Council, as it aligns the Agreement between the European Community and the Principality of Liechtenstein providing for measures equivalent to those laid down in Council Directive 2003/48/EC on taxation of savings income in the form of interest payments (3) (the ‘Agreement’) with the latest developments at international level concerning the automatic exchange of information, namely, with the global standard for automatic exchange of financial account information in tax matters developed by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

The text of the Amending Protocol to the Agreement (the ‘Amending Protocol’), which is the result of the negotiations, duly reflects the negotiating directives issued by the Council as it aligns the Agreement with the latest developments at international level concerning the automatic exchange of information, namely, with the Global Standard for automatic exchange of financial account information in tax matters developed by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

Invites the Commission and the Member States to make all efforts to strengthen cooperation with third countries as regards the prompt deletion of web pages containing or disseminating illegal content or behaviour hosted in their territory, as well as the fight against cybercrime; encourages, in this regard, the international sharing of expertise and best practice and pooling of ideas between governments, law enforcement agencies, police units specialised in cybercrime, hotlines, child protection organisations and the internet industry;
