L'aide au stockage privé n'est octroyée que pour le fromage bénéficiant d'une appellation d'origine protégée (AOP) ou d'une indication géographique protégée (IGP) qui, à la date de début du contrat de stockage, a un âge minimum qui correspond à la durée de maturation établie dans le cahier des charges du produit, visé à l'article 7 du règlement (UE) no 1151/2012 du Parlement européen et du Conseil (1) pour le fromage en question tel qu'il sera commercialisé après le stockage contractuel, et qui est augmenté de la durée de maturation au-delà de la durée de maturation établie par le cahier des charges qui contribue à accroître la valeur du fromage.
Private storage aid shall be granted only for cheese benefiting from a protected designation of origin (PDO) or from a protected geographical indication(PGI) which on the day when the storage contract commences has a minimum age corresponding to the period of maturation laid down in the product specification referred to in Article 7 of Regulation (EU) No 1151/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council (1) for that cheese as it will be marketed after the storage under contract increased by the maturing period beyond this period that contributes to increasing the value of the cheese.
