9. demande à la Commission et aux États membres de soutenir et de promouvoir la création de plateformes thématiques et géographiques/régionales, de groupements et d'associations régionales et locales de PME qui permettraient à des projets d'éco-innovation avancés ou de pointe d'attirer des investisseurs privés et publics, et à inciter à la coopération entre les parties prenantes dans le but d'améliorer la chaîne de valeur européenne; se félicite des récentes initiatives proposées par la Commission dans le domaine de l'environnement et invite les États membres, ainsi que le secteur des entreprises et la société civile, à créer des partenariats d'innovation pour le développement durable;
9. Calls on the Commission and the Member States to support and promote the creation of thematic and geographic/regional platforms, clusters, and regional and local associations of SMEs, through which incremental or breakthrough eco-innovative projects would attract private and public investments, and to encourage stakeholder cooperation in order to enrich the European value chain; welcomes the recent environmental initiatives proposed by the Commission and invites the Member States, together with the business sector and civil society, to create innovation partnerships for sustainable development;

- de promouvoir les partenariats avec certains organismes publics et privés, les associations de PME et les organisations sectorielles/de districts/ de groupements aidant les PME à tirer pleinement profit des possibilités offertes par le programme et à respecter la législation communautaire de la manière la plus rentable possible, par l’augmentation de leur éco-efficacité et de leur potentiel d’éco-innovation;
- promoting partnerships with public or private organisations, SME associations, and district/sectoral/cluster organisations helping SMEs to take full advantage of the opportunities offered by the Programme and helping them to comply in the most cost-effective way with EU legislation, increasing their eco-efficiency and eco-innovation capacity;
