Les projets seront gérés, suivant des lignes directrices bien définies, par des associations ou autres groupements industriels constitués au niveau européen ou par au moins deux associations/groupements industriels nationaux établis dans différents pays d'Europe.
Projects will be managed, on the basis of well-defined guidelines, by industrial associations or other groupings established at European level, or by at least two national industrial associations/groupings established in different European countries.
